ALL HANDS ON DECK!!! PTA is especially busy right now and can use your help. Please remember that you do not have to be a "member" of PTA to volunteer. (My goal is to unite parents with volunteering opportunities in the school, which benefits us all).
****Daddy daughter dance set up will be 6pm at the high school on Friday (29th), please come if you can. Also starting at 4pm Saturday we need volunteers to help with serving food, tickets, clean up between and after dances.
****Next week is Teacher Appreciation week, we have arranged a small token of appreciation for each staff member each day of the week and need help distributing and putting these together. Please contact Melinda, Theresa or Tonya if you can help.
****Muffins for Moms is next week, too. Thanks to Brandi Foster for organizing this.

Thank you to all the volunteers who made yesterday's Mini Fun Day possible! A special thanks to Tiana who really helped me out and helped run things! Please check out our Facebook page for a few pictures of the fun had by all! Don't forget tonight is another PTA meeting 6pm at the Primary Cafeteria. Thursday will be our final meeting before the Daddy-Daughter Beach Party next Saturday. Hope to see you there!

looking for help

Need volunteers for Monday April 18th to supervise kids for our Mini-Fun Day. PTA will provide drinks and lunch. If you can work all or part of the day 8-2 we can really use your help. thanks to everyone who brought in food items or helped with set up today for our wonderful staff to enjoy a lunch on us! thanks to the kitchen staff who baked the potatoes! I'm thankful to be part of such a wonderful group of folks! Melinda

PTA is signed up to provide lunch for the staff at both schools, the Primary and Intermediate on March 31. We need food and volunteers to help with set up and clean up. We are having baked potatoes made at the school with butter, shredded cheese and sour cream being purchased through the cafeteria.
So we'll need the extras for deluxe baked potatoes as well as salad ingredients, desserts and drinks. If you can help out with this please respond to this post. And if you can help with set up and/or clean up please indicate that as well. If you get duplicate requests please respond only to one, I am trying to reach as many as I can so I'm using all my media angles.

We had a great meeting and are making plans for the 2nd annual Daddy Daughter Dance. Please consider volunteering to help out with set up/clean up and such. The theme will be "Beach Party". Details will be coming in your child's folder. I'm excited to plan this magical night for our girls.
