thanks to everyone who brought in food items or helped with set up today for our wonderful staff to enjoy a lunch on us! thanks to the kitchen staff who baked the potatoes! I'm thankful to be part of such a wonderful group of folks! Melinda

PTA is signed up to provide lunch for the staff at both schools, the Primary and Intermediate on March 31. We need food and volunteers to help with set up and clean up. We are having baked potatoes made at the school with butter, shredded cheese and sour cream being purchased through the cafeteria.
So we'll need the extras for deluxe baked potatoes as well as salad ingredients, desserts and drinks. If you can help out with this please respond to this post. And if you can help with set up and/or clean up please indicate that as well. If you get duplicate requests please respond only to one, I am trying to reach as many as I can so I'm using all my media angles.

We had a great meeting and are making plans for the 2nd annual Daddy Daughter Dance. Please consider volunteering to help out with set up/clean up and such. The theme will be "Beach Party". Details will be coming in your child's folder. I'm excited to plan this magical night for our girls.

Hey everyone, we have scheduled our PTA meeting for March 29th at 6pm. It will be at the Primary cafeteria. We have a lot of information to discuss, so please make plans to attend.

Upcoming PTA events

Hi everyone! Here's a post to let you know what's coming with your PTA.
You should have received the spring fundraiser in your childs backpack. It will be due back (with money) on March 14. Orders will be in April 7th.

We are also planning a DADDY/DAUGHTER dance and will be having a meeting with anyone who can help out with this (and we need a lot of help) on Saturday March 12th @ 11 am at the Primary School cafeteria.

NOVEMBER MEETING & FUND RAISER

There will be no November Meeting for the Primary & Intermediate PTA. Our next meeting will be Tuesday, December 14th @ 6:00 in the Primary Cafeteria. This will be our 2nd annual Cookie Exchange. Please bring enough to share and the recipe. Hope to see you all there.

Also, the Fall Fund Raiser will be delivered after Thanksgiving. We will post on this website the new delivery date and will also advise the teachers. Sorry for any inconvenience.

Fall Festival

We are having a Fall Festival on Friday, October 29th from 6-9 at the Intermediate building. We need volunteers to make this possible. If you can work, please contact me at wadeanddenise@cox.net.
